"The first driver wasn't happy as I hadn't seen him as soon as I got to the arrivals lounge at the airport. He was very annoyed and accused us of being at the airport for 30 mins but we had only just arrived and went straight away to reclaim our luggage. We were there for no more than 10 mins. He was concerned that he would have to pay a fine of £4.30 for staying too long in the airport carpark. The 2nd driver arrived earlier than expected which was an added bonus for us. Very polite and helpful, couldn't have asked for a nicer driver hence why I've given a 5* rating "

I understand you have a monopoly, but it’s usury. Again, the driver was outstanding, but compared to the £3.50 bus ride I found for the same trip, I felt insulted and, frankly, ripped off. For the price, I’d never recommend this app. In fact, I’d rally against it. Once again, our driver was amazing, but even his exemplary driving and fantastic personality don’t clean the bad taste from my mouth.the driver is 5 stars, your app and costs are less than 1. "

Their customer service was terrible, they got the price wrong, they didn’t confirm and without 4 calls a few hours before my pick up they would not have arranged my taxi.
